Terms of Service
The rules for using the free My9Albums template: personal use, artwork copyright, and acceptable use of the generator.
Last updated: 2026-10-07
Accepting these terms
By using the My9Albums template you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties of any kind.
What the service does
The My9Albums template lets you select nine albums, arrange them in a 3x3 grid and export the result as a PNG image. Album metadata comes from MusicBrainz and artwork from the Cover Art Archive. The service does not host, sell or distribute album artwork itself.
Personal, non-commercial use
Posters you create are meant for personal sharing — posting to your own social accounts, sending to friends, setting as a wallpaper. You may not use the My9Albums template to sell merchandise, to imply endorsement by any artist or label, or to present someone else's artwork as your own work.
Copyright of album artwork
Album covers remain the property of their respective copyright holders — typically the artists, labels or photographers who created them. When you download a poster, you are responsible for how you use it. The My9Albums template claims no ownership of any artwork and does not offer artwork packs, downloads or archives of cover images.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the generator to create content that is unlawful, hateful or harassing;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service or its data sources;
- resell, frame or rebrand the service as your own product;
- use automated scripts to scrape album data at volume.
Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the My9Albums template at any time. Because album data depends on third-party public databases, search results may occasionally be unavailable; uploaded covers remain a full fallback.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including posters you share or publish elsewhere.

Questions about these terms can be raised through the contact channel published on this site once the project exits beta. Until then, the DMCA / Copyright page describes how rights holders can reach us.
